This delivery tracking application provides end-to-end visibility for both customers and logistics managers, showing real-time GPS location of delivery drivers on an interactive map, optimized route suggestions that minimize travel time, and live estimated time of arrival that updates as the driver moves. Built with React Native for cross-platform mobile deployment, a Node.js backend for fleet management and dispatch logic, and a Maps API integration for geolocation and routing, the app sends push notifications at every milestone — order picked up, en route, arriving soon — and includes an in-app chat feature for direct driver-customer communication. The admin dashboard lets managers monitor fleet status, reassign deliveries in real time, and analyze delivery performance metrics including average delivery times and route efficiency.
